We manage a staff upwards of 200 flaggers in the field every day -- and we do our best to keep everyone happy, safe, trained, and challenged. In fact, we recently completed a work satisfaction survey of our flaggers here at Crews Control to help us improve the quality of our operation.
We wanted to share some of the results of our questionnaire concerning the day in the life of a Crews Control flagger:
believe they have all of the tools and training they need to succeed at Crews Control.
believes that Crews Control fosters a supportive and open work environment.
see themselves working for Crews Control on a long-term basis, beyond one year.

Responsibilities and duties include implementing and overseeing traffic control operations, lane closures, road closures, setting signs and devices, per MPT’s and in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Our flaggers are also responsible for controlling vehicle, pedestrian, and construction traffic safely through construction work zones throughout the area. We hope you’ll apply to join Crews Control and join our growing family.
Our crew members are required to obtain required certification from the American Traffic Safety Services Corporation (ATSSC) as required by state law. Our flaggers are also responsible to keep certifications up to date. If you do not have your certification, we can help. At Crews Control, we will guide you as you prepare for the training and certification process, which is readily available online in the state where you live. We also provide on the job instruction to help keep you focused on safety, traffic control and other roadway challenges.
